I left consulting to have a more direct impact by executing growth initiatives internally and have taken on the role of data-driven growth marketer at all businesses of all stages from early-stage to public.

  • Conversion rate optimisation

    I’ve run several experiments to optimise conversion - at early stage startups where you have to be careful if dealing with small numbers to fast-growing scaleups, with high volumes, where even 0.1% difference in variant performance can be meaningful.

  • Email marketing

    One of the most effective marketing channels for most businesses. I’ve had the pleasure of running a copious amount of A/B tests - subject lines, voucher codes, email copy - to name a few.

  • Go to market strategy

    Developed robust, cohesive strategies for pre-seed businesses and public companies. The overall approach (and resources) for each is vastly different, however, the underlying mindset of prioritisation is ultimately the same.

  • Growth marketing

    In my opinion, this is all about asking the right questions, gathering the right data (qualitative or quantitative), developing hypotheses and running small pilots to test those hypotheses.

  • Product analytics

    I’ve leveraged tools such as SQL, Power BI and Google Sheets to assess large datasets and provide actionable insights on how users are engaging with products.

  • Sales

    In particular, I focus on sales operations and analytics. I’ve built tools, such as custom Airtable CRMs to determine conversion and areas of improvement throughout the sales funnel.
