Head of Product Growth specializing in scaling revenue for B2B SaaS companies through PLG models.     I currently lead a cross-functional Growth team of 30+ experts, including PMs, Designers, Developers, Researchers, and Mid-level Managers. However, I began as a one-person Growth team, giving me firsthand experience in the challenges and criticality of building a high-performing team from the ground up.
