Bio

I am a seasoned product and tech leader with over a decade of hands-on experience across various sectors. I specialize in working with startups and scale-ups, often stepping into interim product and tech leadership roles (CPO, CTO, CPTO) to drive product and tech success. My approach is centered on coaching and empowering individuals and product development teams to foster growth and development. In the past years, I have expanded my reach to the educational sector, teaching product management at institutions like CODE University of Applied Sciences, Founders Foundations, and other accelerator programs. In addition to that, I coach product individuals and teams through challenging times. I am driven by the thrill of solving complex problems and the satisfaction that comes from building environments of deep trust within teams. I strongly believe in the power of co-creation and enablement in a team setting as a way to achieve collective goals.

Expertise

  • Product analytics

I've worked extensively and closely with BI and data teams in my career going from the implementation of basic product analytics in several tools and platforms (amplitude, Pendo, Google Analytics, Matomo) all the way to building an organization-wise data warehouse. I taught a Business Analytics class for product people at CODE University for the past 5 years.

  • Product management

I've worked as a product manager for ~10 years, mainly in interim positions in startups and scale-ups. That means: I joined a company for 3-15 months to unblock them, (re)structure their processes and tools, and coach their team on a modern product mindset. In the past years, I held several interim leadership positions, focusing more on strategic product management and development of product and engineering teams (hiring, team topology, coaching, ...)

  • Product market fit

Product Discovery is the key component of Product market fit. I've been running discovery sessions even before it was called that way and the known frameworks (Design sprint, Opportunity Solution Tree, etc.) were launched. I'm fond of hypotheses-driven product management that defines clear assumptions and engages in a testing and experimentation roadmap to learn and iteratively get closer to product market fit.

  • Technology and tools

I worked and work as a CPTO managing technology teams, oversee overall technical infrastructure, strategy and overall organisational questions (team topology, principles, communication) in remote and hybrid teams.

Toolkit

  • Bubble logo

    Bubble

    6 years of experience

I've built several medium-complex side-projects on Bubble that solved smaller use cases but required the interaction between multiple tools and APIs. I'm still fascinated by how far you can get with this no-code solution.

  • Maven logo

    Maven

    3 years of experience

I set up several courses and webinars on Maven and managed to get featured by them a couple of times. Still early days, but my expertise is growing with every day.

  • Miro logo

    Miro

    9 years of experience

I'm a Miro power-user leveraging its capabilities both for my personal thoughts and processes as well as team workshops and company-wide knowledge pieces.

  • Webflow logo

    Webflow

    7 years of experience

I've built multiple multi-page websites and CMS systems with webflow in the past years. It's become my go-to tool to build pages up in a fast and reliable way.

  • JIRA logo

    JIRA

    13 years of experience

I know how to use JIRA effectively in companies and have set it up and restructured it several times. I know how to bend the rules and build workflows that are needed by the team.

  • n8n logo

    n8n

Over the past years I've automated stuff in my private and professional life. In 2025 I moved over from zapier to n8n and acquired solid experience in workflow automation building with n8n and LLMs

  • Notion logo

    Notion

    9 years of experience

I've been a Notion power user since almost its very early days in 2018. I use it for my personal knowledge system as well as for organizations I work with.

  • Wordpress logo

    Wordpress

    21 years of experience

I've been using WordPress longer than I can imagine. While I'm becoming less and less of a fan of the tool (decreasing usability, feature bloat, etc.) I know my way around.

  • Zapier logo

    Zapier

    12 years of experience

I'm a big fan of optimization and automated workflows. Zapier was and is my go-to tool, even more so now with integrations into different LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude.
