At HelloFresh, I scaled the in-house creator program from the ground up, growing in-house conversion share 10x through an efficient, scalable operational system, delivering millions in annual savings and a 42% CAC reduction. I designed a tiered commission and performance gamification system that drove strong retention across top creators, and built the brand's first ambassador program from zero, scaling it into a major driver of in-house bookings, well below CAC target, with 4x content output. I managed $XX million in budget distributed across a large roster of talent and full-service agency partners on YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Twitch, Snapchat, and Substack, successfully reducing agency conversion dependency while maintaining channel scale. I also drove meaningful YoY growth and ROAS improvement across Meta and TikTok through whitelisted creator content.
