I started my career in management consulting advising large businesses around strategy and technology modernisation. I transitioned to tech-startups as I felt I will be able to deliver more impact there. Currently I lead the product team for hotels, vacation rentals, activities, ads, miscellaneous revenue and whitelabel at Almosafer (Seera Group). Almosafer is the largest online travel and tourism platform in Middle East with annual sales >USD 2 billion Couple of humble brags below: Led a 12-member cross-functional team at Careem (ride-hailing) to develop and launch a subscription product across 14 countries that contributed 12% of company revenue Led a 2-member team at Careem (ride-hailing) to design and launch a new-user onboarding journey for 12 million customers. This program increased new-user’s revenue by 16% and won ‘Best Mobile CRM Program’ at Smarties Mobile Marketing Awards 2019 (had McDonalds, Disney etc. as contestants) Led revenue growth with a 5-member team for Shopee (eCommerce) resulting in 47% monthly revenue growth in 2017.
