My role included overseeing two cross-functional web teams, crafting UX concepts, and driving the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization of product development. I also handled conversion rate optimization through ongoing A/B testing and rigorous product and funnel analysis. My tenure at Blinkist was marked by significant achievements: I implemented an AI-first strategy that skyrocketed SEO visitor growth by up to 300% year-over-year and launched new SEO page types that saw a 150% month-over-month growth. I introduced innovative frameworks such as the growth loop and hook model, and established a user-centric web onboarding process that boosted proceeds by 15%.

As a pivotal Growth Lead at Exporo, I was responsible for the overarching product strategy, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and the conception of user-related features. My role encompassed managing multiple development and cross-functional teams, ranging from 3 to 10 members, and spearheading the foundation of the growth hacking team. Efficiency in the project creation process improved by 70%, and I successfully introduced growth hacking as a new discipline within the company.
