In my most recent role as a CPO at Nu Wardrobe, I built both the Android and iOS apps ground up which helped the company raise a pre-seed amount of 1 Million Dollars from reputable VC's like Nextview Ventures and Sequoia Capital Fund. The product is a peer to peer second hand marketplace platform that has off the charts quarter on quarter. The customer retention currently sits at 92% Q4 for Return to Trade, 69% Q4 retention for Return to List another item.     Improving conversion rate is my daily bread and butter. To identify causes and patters of drops and attribute it to correct causes can really help propel a positive transaction for the users.

    I have a Masters Degree in Human Computer Interaction and I believe in building products that make the user feel that they are in the centre of them.
