I'm an explorer with over 10 years of experience building and operating products across Asia , driven by a passion to actively participate in revolutions rather than merely observe them. As the founding CPO of [zood.biz](http://zood.biz/), I kickstarted and drove product across multiple pivots and countries. I take pride in my ability to deliver tangible results and start from scratch. For instance, at [Redmart.com](http://redmart.com/), I boosted user lifetime value by over 25% within months with a fresh and frozen offer and brought that in regular operations within 3 months. At Zood.biz, I transformed our business model from e-commerce cash-on-delivery to consumer loans ecosystem, going from double digit losses on PC2 to break-even thanks to World-class bad debt levels. But what I value most is my conviction that the right collective will be able to deliver anything -and so that it’s all about building it. Started hired, and scaled multiple teams from 0 to 100 (tech, product and business) in distributed contexts. I enjoy and I am good at defining and iterating the OS of the teams from how we hire to how we define success, collaborate, fight and learn.
Remote work
Built and run multiple team strewn across Europe and Asia (6-8 countries) across product, engineering and sales. Before, during and after Covid. Remote is something I consider a necessary ingredient to be balanced with onsite. I really believe teams can get better out of it if they are able to face and overcome the downsides (no weak signals for example) with excellence
