After my Msc. in Social Psychology I specialized in recruitment. I mostly work with fast growing tech companies in Amsterdam, but I also have experience recruiting for teams in London, Munich, Valencia and fully remote. I know how to hire the first people on the ground, the challenges that come with hiring and how to attract the best talent and make the hiring process more efficient.
