Social Media Strategist
Anna began her professional marketing journey as an undergraduate student at the University of North Carolina Greensboro, freelancing for local businesses who eventually became The Creative Exchange’s first clients. After graduating with a degree in Consumer, Apparel, and Retail Studies, Anna developed her skills further as a social media strategist for startups and marketing agencies, working with brands like Southwest Airlines, Trulia, and Wells Fargo. She formally founded The Creative Exchange in 2015, driven by an entrepreneurial zeal to create a more customized and flexible client experience. Over her past 7+ years as agency lead, Anna and her team have served as a strategic creative partner for over 100 brands, such as Seagrams's Escapes, Good Chemistry, LensKart, Alaffia, The Honey Pot Co. and Acid League. The Creative Exchange’s work has been featured OTR Global, Courier Magazine, Sprout Social Blog, and regularly receives “best social media agency” recognition from Design Rush and Agency Spotter. She is motivated by the fun and flexibility her work requires of her, and loves using her creativity to help a brand experience more success. In 2020, Anna started a second sister agency called No Revisions in order to serve smaller startup brands with more affordable services. Through this project, she offers free consultations and an annual creative services grant to BIPOC-owned brands, providing historically excluded founders with more access to high-quality creative strategy. Anna encourages her clients to prioritize diversity not just in their branding visuals, but in everything they do. She’s also proud of the team she’s built from zero, and cares deeply about making TCE a respectful and empowering workplace for her employees.
