Expertise
Advice on funding
Helping early stage startups prepare for a fundraise, develop of a comprehensive fundraising strategy, and coaching them through the process of talking to VCs, including how to effectively communicate their vision and value proposition to potential investors.
Building a team
Been in this all my career and have learnt a thing or two (based on my own bitter experience) on how to find, identify, attract and work with the first people.
Idea validation
Coming up with an idea is one thing, making it work is another. I've led a number of idea-to-product projects and identified the best and most practical strategies. Using scientific research methods, such as surveys, focus groups, and A/B testing, to conduct idea and customer validation, gathering data and insights to inform business decisions and improve the chances of success.
Mindset coaching
Thinking outside of the box and like an entrepreneur is a skill that is not difficult to learn, and sometimes all it takes is an open conversation with someone who has gone through the process to get the creative juices flowing and develop new ideas and approaches to problem-solving. Been there, done that.
Pricing strategy
Ok you have a perfect product, but do you know how much you can get for it? Usually the perceived value, the customer's budget and your actual price are in different leagues - put them all in one team.
Product market fit
It's one thing coming up with a good product, but it's a completely another thing to make money off of that product. It all starts all the way around - first finding the right market then building a product to cater to the market. Sounds complicated, bit it's much easier to do and minimize the risks.
Remote work
No matter in fully wfh or hybrid, keeping the team efficiency and high speed growth with remote work can be both rewarding and challenging. Been there, done that. Let's make the most of it.
