Highlights include launching Deliveroo’s global ads platform from zero (driving 1M+ incremental orders in 12 months with no marketing budget), and at Ravio, helping modernize a traditionally sales-led category by installing customer-led PMM foundations – with organic inbound now driving ~70% of pipeline, alongside a community-led growth engine that’s become one of the most efficient acquisition channels.
