Building a team
I built out the marketing team structure for Swiggy - which is still being used today. I have experience in setting up teams from scratch at three different startups.
Design / UX
I developed the Logo for Swiggy , for Great Learning as well as the UX for the Creoate website. I'd also created an energy drink brand in India - from packaging design to creatives. I've set up creative teams from scratch - and I'm adept at creating brands.
Email marketing
Set up multiple drip campaigns at Great Learning & Creoate - I've realised that rigorous A/B testing combined with great copy is the key to successful email marketing.
Go to market strategy
I helped scale Swiggy from when we were operating from one neighbourhood in Bangalore to India to the top 10 cities. We were the first company to create a playbook for hyperlocal marketing in India - through a unique combination of offline and online strategies.
Growth marketing
I'd say this is my USP and which I enjoy doing the most. I've developed a framework ( based on Brian Balfours talks) on how to set up a team, set up an experiments engine and how to track growth marketing efforts.
Idea validation
As an entrepreneur and a growth marketer, I have and am currently testing different ideas. I'm good at breaking down initial thoughts to form a hypothesis and then figuring out an experiment to validate that.
Product analytics
Another favorite area of mine - I've set up dashboards and metrics for all the organisations I've worked at. I'll be able to guide you on what key metrics you need to track and what pitfalls to avoid - If you torture the data enough, it'll confess to anything :)

6 years of experienceI've set up multiple campaigns using active campaign - I'm not an expert at it and will not be able to help out with setting up the tool. But I can guide you on how best to use the tool to make the most out of it. I can also suggest cheaper email tools for you to use :)

12 years of experienceI've used GA and GApro on and off over the years. I'm not an expert user here, but I have managed to figure out a way to connect clickstream data with a user id and have been able to track user behavior on a website.
