Obaloluwa Adeagbo is a seasoned product and growth marketing leader with close to a decade of experience in driving business growth and scale for startups and enterprises in Africa, UK, and the US across different verticals including Fintech, Augmented reality, Virtual reality, EdTech, Insurance and so on. He's had the opportunity to work for companies such as AxaMansard, Consolidated Hallmark, Greensprings School, Johnson & Johnson, Oarbt, Risevest, CashEx, Money Africa Kids just to mention a few. While leading growth at Risevest, user acquisition and asset management doubled. While at CashEx as the growth marketing manager, user acquisition grew by 1,100% and transaction volume grew from about $100,000 to approximately $3M in few months. In 2023, Oba was chosen by Wennovation Hub and the Nigerian Sovereign Investment Authority to train and mentor 25 upcoming CEOs and founders in Nigeria. Oba is always looking for new and innovative ways including AI to help businesses to grow efficiently. He is also passionate about communicating, teaching and mentoring on growth.     Used UXCam at Risevest, a leading fintech in Africa to get insight about failed payments and churn. Through video recording session, and heat map features, I was able to see figure part of the app, screens and buttons that were causing the droff-offs. We were also able to see the type of devices experiencing the challenge. By working with product, we were able to fix to reduce church and ensure our growth marketing efforts don't go to waste.
