CRO doesn't have to be using the newest shiny tools. Classic marketing analysis (e.g. customer segmentation) combined with out-of-the box thinking can be used to draw actionable insights from data to optimize marketing messaging, paid advertising and more to increase sales and customer growth.
Dashboards should not be data dumps but provide actionable insights. Choosing the right KPI framework and structure for a dashboard can be challenging but is necessary to drive action with it.
