Design and UX overlap in many areas with CRO, I'm not proficient with specific Design tools, however, count on my experience for discovering unknow frictions and cortisol spikes by auditing UX with page teardowns and performing user testing for qualitative inputs.

My favorite tool. I worked on multiple tracking plans to support PPC teams with conversion tracking, behavior data (events) for better remarketing, automation, and funnel mapping. Tag Manager allows us to learn from user's interactions without messing with coding.

Understand the very technical side of SEO, organic coverage, robots.txt and so on. In Search Console, I use a framework to boost your organic clickthrough rate on important pages based on Google SERP position benchmarks. I worked a lot with the platform when I supported the migration of a Hungarian eCommerce to a Shopify Plus account.

Very helpful session with Positive John (kickass name btw). What I really like about John, besides his extensive knowledge, is his formulation of the painpoint and the goal prior to the call, so the call will be as actionable as it needs to be. Beyond that provides very clear tips, tricks and strategies for you to exectute on straight away. We did a landing page teardown and it was beautiful having him go through it and show me where we could improve it. Highly recommended!

My call with John was unbelievably insightful. It’s clear that he’s incredibly smart and has a tonne of experience to back that up. We discussed the general business, the consumers, and tore down our landing page to provide multiple improvements and criticism I would never get from a blog post. There were multiple times he said something that tore-apart my preconceived biases and got me exploring ideas I had previously put on the sidelines. What an awesome guy. Straight to the point, we started discussing the product, the ICP, and the copy of our website. He already did his homework and prepared a vast Google Sheet with a structured way on how to find our value proposition. His clear description of the way on how to work on this filled the first 30 min call. He asked to book a further call as this work can not be done in just such a short time and offered to work on this over a more extended period.
