As a change mentor, I provide guidance, coaching, and support to individuals or organizations going through significant transitions or transformations. This can involve a variety of changes, from career transitions and organizational restructuring to shifts in culture or the adoption of new technologies or processes. In my role, I use my expertise to help people navigate the complexities of these changes. I help them understand why the change is happening, create strategies for managing the change effectively, overcome any resistance or fears related to the change, and ultimately, I assist in ensuring a successful transition. I lived in 6 countries and worked in many more. I have managed work council discussions in Germany and Hungary, lead an HR team in major Mergers & Acquisitions in Serbia and Poland, designed culture and strategy change in Germany and Hungary. I have learned internationally all HR subject areas in 10+ different roles. I worked with 10 to 100000 employee companies from FMCG to Media, Advertising, Telco, Manufacturing and IT, as an employee and as a freelancer. Today I am working at a great Tech company, establishing HR business partnering and implementing HR processes customized as micro-services to different internal clients. I change daily from strategic planning to very operational tasks. I am designing and running custom workshops and training solutions, at the same time mentoring business and HR people. I want to keep learning, I want to keep working with great minds together to solve more and more new problems.
