I've done countless campaigns, mainly as head of growth at Flaviar. Email was our primary revenue driver. Sending campaigns, setting up all sorts of automated series (retention, activation, re-activation, loyalty, etc.). There's the strategy, and there's the nitty-gritty of email marketing (copy, structure, etc.)


Growth Hacking

A buzz-word for sure. The surest growth "hack" is ensuring you've got a product/service people want/need; and then ensuring proper distribution. There are no gimmicks that will help you grow long term.


Outbound Marketing

Once you've got problem-solution and product/market fit we can talk about scaling, and this is where outbound marketing comes it. From social media ad campaigns, to search ads, etc; Setting up the proper funnel, offer.


Mindset Coaching

A proper mindset is *fundamental* to growing your startup. A startup consists of a few individuals only, so the mindset part is much more important compared to a traditional company. This is my favourite topic to discuss and mentor at the moment, as it is not widely discussed enough, and crucial to success. You can't fail if you have the "right" mindset -- as cliche as it sounds. :))

He looks like he's 25, yet he talks like he's 75. Domen has a wealth of knowledge and is humble, yet whip-smart. He helped me tackle a few limiting beliefs that I didn't even realize I had while also helping me with both replicable sales and marketing avenues to look at as I figure out my Product Market Fit & Go-To-Market Strategy. What I have is working ok for a lifestyle business, yet he gave me some insight and tools that can allow me an opportunity -- if I go after it and have some good winds at my back, a bit of luck, and an awesome team -- to potentially grow a substantial startup.
