Email Marketing

I have worked with email platforms Marketo and Pardot on acquisition and retention initiatives while at Etsy and Amazon. Email is the number one conversion and retention channel and is a must for any business today.


Product Management

I feel strongly about the importance of proper roadmap management and release management. Voice of customer analysis must have the ability to influence product roadmaps, while a % should be dedicated toward think big initiatives that customers may not know they need. Communicating both feature releases and the bigger vision to both internal and external audiences is essential.

Some of my PR work includes getting Etsy's app included in the Apple World Wide Developer Conference (WWDC) and getting Amazon Attribution beta featured in over 20 press articles (Digiday, NY Times, AdWeek, Wall Street Journal). PR strategy can be proactive or reactive and it's important to develop an approach that works best for your business.


Conversion Rate Optimisation

As a product marketer, I consistently analyze conversion funnels and user behavior in order to build features, UX flows, and marketing initiatives to drive adoption and retention. It's important to be able to condense data into stories and testable hypotheses in order to improve your funnel.


Content Marketing

Content marketing is more important in today's media landscape than ever before. I have experience building content strategy, building and testing messaging frameworks and value propositions, and executing compelling content. Before my product marketing career, I was in the photography industry, which adds a unique visual/aesthetic sense to my marketing.


Customer Success

Have build programs and guides to ensure customer success. Everything starts with the customer. Successful businesses must build mechanisms to consistently learn from customers and ensure products are intuitively built to help solve their problems.


Product Market Fit

I have built templates for go-to-market planning and voice of customer analysis (qualitative and quantitative) that have proven to successfully uncover and test product market fit.

Having led product marketing in two ad tech businesses - Tremor Video and Amazon Advertising analytics - I have a thorough understanding of the programmatic ad tech space.
