Reunited with founder of SendGrid, Isaac Saldana, and former VP of Labs of SendGrid, Mike Rowan, to spin up a new Studio arm of Techstars alongside founder David Cohen. Filled pipeline of startup ideas and talent, then hosted quarterly Sprint Weeks to design, prototype, and validate top business concepts. Developed a web-based software model to more rapidly connect new ideas to talent and investors at scale.

HCC Marketing, a full-service marketing and advertising agency based in Rhode Island founded in 1987, merged with Davis Advertising in June 2016. HCC had previously focused on traditional advertising, outsourcing digital capabilities. I developed a Digital Marketing department for the agency in 2005.
