As an independent consultant and business owner, social media and content marketing helped me build my own personal brand and grow my network. I can give you tips on how I use social media to build a personal connection with my clients and potential customers.
CRO is the ongoing process of optimizing for conversions. It's a waste of time and money to drive highly targeted traffic to a page that won't convert. But CRO is more than just quick wins, best practices, and A/B testing. You should be conducting meaningful tests backed by research and a data-driven process. And split testing is just a small part of the process. CRO is a strategic activity.
Social psychology, UX writing, "microcopy", and imagery are all part of your content. Content is crucial and should come before final design decisions for your website or app. I can help you with A/B testing recommendations based on visual hierarchy, best practices, PET (Persuasion, Emotion & Trust) & psychology.
User Experience goes beyond digital and involves all the interaction your potential customer has with your service or product. I can help you with user-centered design, making sure you design with your user needs in mind.
As a UX Consultant, I can help you with user research and user testing by developing a research plan as a first step to understand better your users, their needs and goals. This way, you're equipped to brainstorm potential solutions to the pain needs of your audience and proceed with an MVP to validate your idea.

Google Analytics is an essential tool that will allow you to track and gather quantitative data effectively and for free. It's very easy to implement Google Analytics tracking code on your website. I use Google Analytics mainly to understand the user behavior and the main friction points through the user journey.
Trello is one of my favorite project management tools. With Trello, you can prioritize your projects and organize your tasks collaboratively with your team. I use Trello to improve my productivity and keep organized with my to-do lists and current projects.
Mailchimp is a popular ESP (email service provider) with both free and paid plans. Their free plan provides email automation. I can teach you how to easily setup marketing automation, and integrate it with WordPress. I can also design & code emails from scratch, and convert them to Mailchimp templating language.
Hotjar is a tool you can use to understand better user behavior as part of ongoing optimization. You can even spot usability issues & bugs, and use it during your usability testing phase. I use Hotjar to gather user data based on session recordings and heatmaps.

Ana is an extremely intelligent data-driven CRO/UX/UI expert who can also take a very heuristic approach to analysis as well. She's well rounded and a pleasure to speak with. I'd recommend a conversation with her to anyone doing UX/UI work or CRO work.
Ana was exceptional! So many helpful tips and recommendations. My marching orders included (but not limited to) mapping out my ideal client or teammate and really going to where they are on social. I highly recommend Ana, an excellent call! I haven’t had one bad GrowthMentor!!
Ana was really helpful to bounce ideas off of. She has great UX expertise and really helped me think through some new features we are building!
Thanks so much Ana for your insightful home page teardown and for teaching me a new trick in Chrome for checking how websites appear on mobile devices. I highly recommend Ana for anyone who needs CRO or UX consulting.
What I wanted help with was an audit of a landing page template that I planned on using for a large-scale PPC campaign. We did a screenshare and I showed her my landing page and walked her through my thought process. We had a great discussion about the pros and cons of the page and by end I had a huge list of easy things I could do to improve the conversion potential of the template.
